Request Account Deletion
Enter the email address associated with your Zolo account to request its deletion. Our team will verify the request and process it within 7 working days.
Please note: Once processed, your account and all associated
personal data (email, name, phone number, ride history) will be permanently removed
and cannot be recovered.
What happens after you submit?
- Our team verifies the request against the registered email.
- Once verified, your account and all related data are permanently deleted.
